In Prestige you can switch global setting for sidebar position - you can have sidebar positioned on the left or on the right side as a global setting for all sidebar pages. Additionally you can use special Sidebar page template that allow you to create custom clean pages with sidebar on the left/right side, no matter what is the current global setting.
